张莹,女,汉族,1985年生,博士,讲师,公共卫生专业学位硕士生导师。教学及研究方向为营养与食品卫生学,青藏高原乳酸菌种质资源发掘、创新与利用。近五年主持和参与科研项目9项,其中主持1项国家自然基金和3项中央高校基本科研业务费,参与国际合作项目2项,其余项目3项;发表学术论文10余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文4篇,CSCD 2篇。
